We would like to present the first issue of the TRENDS Legal Magazine – Real Estate Law. It was prepared and developed by our Law Firm in cooperation with law firms from 62 countries around the world (members of The Law Firm Network), which provided original legal articles on very interesting and current topics.

The idea behind the publication is to promote knowledge of the conditions and legal systems (in the context of real estate law) of the countries from which the members of the Organization originate. It aims to establish international cooperation between investors, developers and real estate agents, as well as to encourage and facilitate the expansion of local capital to foreign markets.

Lawyers specializing in real estate law share their practical knowledge, discuss specific cases and express their predictions about the further evolution and changes in applicable regulations (including in connection with the state of the COVID-19 pandemic).
